thanksgiving {a new tradition}

this year,

i found my thanksgiving menu

at the gardener's cottage.

white bistro chili enchiladas {recipe}

i added jack cheese & a little sour cream on top.

spicy potato stacks {recipe}

we still had rosemary in the garden.

green salad with fruit & nuts {recipe}

i added pomegranate.

we loved everything.

those enchiladas are our new favorite.

i might be making them more often

than just holidays.
