brussels sprouts


i've mentioned these before,
but, dang, they're so good
it bears repeating.
brussels sprouts + olive oil + salt + pepper
375° for about 20 minutes.

  2. i eat any veggie roasted in the oven with olive oil and salt and pepper. and brussel sprouts are no exception...throw them on top of some quinoa and i'm happy. :)

  5. I love them this way too! I love Pam's suggestion about adding quinoa. Why are fresh brussel sprouts so expensive? I tried making frozen ones like this at they weren't good at all.
