:: roasted brussels sprouts ::

we love these
tossed with olive oil
sprinkled with salt & pepper
roasted at 375° for about 20 minutes
they are so simple and so tasty.
the leaves that fall off
turn into crunchy little potato chips.

I love brussels sprouts and craved them during my first pregnancy. I also like to chop them up and sauté in a pan with olive oil! Yum!
