there's nothing worse than having
to run to the store when someone feels sick.
there are a few items
that i like to have on hand, just in case.
i was re-supplying my "feel-better" basket
and thought i'd share my favorites.
the very best saltines. toasty-er, buttery-er.
i might eat them with grape jam, just because.
and don't panic, they're organic.
got me through pregnancy, delivery, and nursing - three times.
i bought it by the case, back then.

p.p.s. gatorade is gross.
a more wholesome ginger ale.
come to think of it, keep some fresh ginger on hand, as well.
this can help keep you from getting sick in the first place.
