em, green garlic is that loooong onion-looking thing. it's basically a baby garlic. the usable part is the bulb & about halfway up the stem. you just chop it up & use it like garlic. very mild. last night, i cooked it in coconut oil with the kale & some mushrooms - delicious! ♥
Catie, this is a very exciting and beautiful project. What do you mean when you say "share", do you work in this garden too? I thought it would be great if there was a place where Arnau could go to learn about farm, animals and plants - a kind of this project but for kids mainly. At the moment we planted garlics with him in December, they are near to be harvested in 20 days now. And last week we planted 2 tomatoes and 3 peppers and 1 giant pumpkin in the garden. Basil and dill in a planter inside home. Home grown veggies are the best. xo
totally forgot I asked you this question but remembered when I read your latest "share" post. That sounds so interesting and wonderful! Love how you are always teaching me something new Catie!
