roasted cabbage with almonds & garlic


sliced cabbage
sliced almonds
sliced garlic
olive oil, salt, pepper
roasted at 350°for about 40 minutes
note: i flipped the "slices" with a spatula 
when they started looking too dry

these were delicious.
like a giant brussels sprout.
