a taste of argentina...

today, i had to run errands on the other side of town - to a cool coin shop and the best bead store in boise.  my friend, amber {i'll introduce you to her amazingness someday soon}, and i had been talking about this particular section of boise just last week.  the street is called orchard, and it is a melting pot of so many cultures.  amber had mentioned tango's empanadas, insanely delicious & so affordable ($2.25 each!), and i made up my mind to try them the next time i was in the neighborhood.  after my two errands today,
i was out of time, really.  but marian, foodie that she is, convinced me that we had just enough time to grab a few empanadas to go.  and i'm so glad she did.  all the way home, our car smelled downright scrumptious...  not only were our empanadas crazy-good, the owner, louis, is an absolute gem.
