earthly delights :: csa bounty continues

i thought i'd post a few more things
i made from last week's share...

baked squash & frittata
baked carnival squash with
☼sage butter & fried sage leaves☼
{the mindblowing recipe for sage butter is here}
i made the frittata with
sauteed onions, leeks, garlic, 
yellow crookneck squash, & rainbow chard.
after sauteing, i added beaten eggs, 
cheese, tomatoes, salt & pepper
and baked at 350° until it was set {30 min}.

end of summer salsa
tomatoes, onions, garlic, tomatillos,
ground cherries, jalapeno pepper,
juice of one lime, salt & pepper.
so, so good on black bean tacos.

made mostly with roasted tomatoes,
summer squash, and eggplant.
{i also added pasta, chick peas, cabbage, celery, carrot}

{i really love pulling pesto out of the freezer}
