asian slaw


fresher & healthier than typical cole slaw,
asian slaw is our summer staple.

use this 1 - 2 - 3 formula to make it your own:

1. brassicas
all manner of chopped cabbage, kale, 
broccoli, cauliflower, radish, turnip, kohlrabi 

2. asian dressing
{a great dressing - perfect on almost anything}
2 c canola oil + 1 c tamari + 1 c rice vinegar,
a splash or two of toasted sesame oil,
dry mustard, garlic, salt, pepper

3. extras
toasted sesame seeds, toasted almonds,
broken bits of uncooked ramen noodles
tofu, raw or cooked
also: minced red onion & grated carrot
