crayzay for caprese


our very favorite summer salad
insalata caprese
fresh tomatoes
fresh mozzarella
fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper

serve on a big white platter.
al fresco.
with a baguette.
and wine.

here's the caprese we had in florence
{delicious, but i think we make it even better}
