here's what we made
with last week's share:
a giant succulent salad
{we added mung bean sprouts and our favorite dressing}
crostini with goat cheese,
sauteed greens & spring onion
{and our favorite dressing over the top}
sweet potatoes from the co-op
topped with sour cream
and caramelized spring onion
chinese cabbage slaw

i added green & purple cabbage & broccoli

Okay, in the near future, Marian needs to earn high school community hours by working with your CSA. She would gain so much valuable experience! And who knows, they might give her a paying job too!
