I have never used chard or lemon cucumber. Please do tell what you do with these. I know you will cook something very healthy with your bounty. Does your family know how lucky they are? :)

last night, i chopped the chard (leaves + stalks) & added it to sauteed zucchini/garlic/parsley/parmesan & served it on linguine. chard is really versatile. you can treat it like any leafy green. sometimes add it to soup.
the lemon cucumber i will slice just like a regular cucumber & serve with hummus. ♥
